Liposuction: Liposuction is a well-liked method for removing fat. Liposuction can help patients with good skin elasticity who want to reverse the effects of gynecomastia get the outcomes they want. Patients with excessive glandular tissue should not use this procedure.

Excision: Excision refers to the surgical removal of extra glandular tissue during gynecomastia surgery that cannot be eliminated with liposuction.

Combination: For some people, combining different gynecomastia surgery methods yields the best results. For best outcomes, liposuction and excision might be combined.
