PERSONAL TREATMENT
Every treatment plan we offer is customized to meet the needs of our patients. The treatment plans are specifically chosen and designed for you, including the number of days you will stay and the hotel you will stay in, following the thorough study performed by our experts.
Additionally, once you’ve selected a treatment plan and made a deposit payment, your personal operation representative will be available to you all day to answer any questions you may have up until the completion of the procedure.
ACCOMMODATION
Your treatment procedure will be facilitated by the arrangements we have with the city’s top hotels, and they will also give us the finest possible means of managing your transit from the clinic to the hotel. In order to provide you with the most comfortable accommodations and services possible throughout your post-operative period, our partner hotels, with their English-speaking staff, will be happy to do so.
TRANSFERS
From the minute you step off the plane, you won’t have to worry about any aspect of transportation thanks to the transfers you’ll make in our luxurious, private vehicles. Our transfer staff, who will be with you during your entire medical journey in İzmir, will enable you to have a safe transportation within the city.
CITY TOUR
If the prerequisites are met and it won’t have a negative impact on your health after the surgery, we will provide you a special city tour within the day that you and your operation representative will determine together.
AFTERCARE
We maintain contact with our patients long after they have completed their treatment in Turkey. Our Aftercare department’s first aim is to follow up with you after the treatment, to listen to your concerns about any potential difficulties, even rare, that might arise, and to work with our doctors to find solutions.
